At Purpose Over Pleasure, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, we ask customers to review their order carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference changes

  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

 
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
